Dr. Brandon Polaskey and Dr. Brady McDaniel of Turner Pain and Wellness Center will introduce you to the basic steps in injury prevention in order to help keep you healthy and injury free as you meet your goals this running season.
The hands-on course will provide an overview of why overuse injuries occur, and exercises to help avoid them. There are six monthly sessions, including the kick-off, each focusing on a different area of the body. For best results we recommend you attend each of sessions, but registration is required for each. No charge. Register below.
