The ET Indoor Triathlon Series is presented by Experience Triathlon and The Labs USA. This, the second in the ET series, is a fun way for triathletes of all levels to get ready for the season!
The one hour event looks like this:
10 minutes of pool swimming, 10 minute transition, 30 minutes on studio spin bikes, 5 minute transition and 20 minutes of treadmill running.
Results are measured by how far you go in each of the three events. Volunteers will record your distances.
Waves of four athletes will start every 20 minutes starting at 7 a.m.
