Are you feeling tight, sore, or just worn out from all of your training miles this summer? Treat yourself to an hour of deep stretching with Jenny, certified yoga instructor and running coach. This class will focus on releasing tension from the legs, hips, and lower back. Breathe deeply and relax while improving range of motion, lengthening muscles, and aiding your body in recovery.
The class takes place at NRC North (34 W. Jefferson). Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel and water.
