Join us for our weekly speed workout at NRC South!
NRC Coach Caroline Yasuda will lead you through a workout focusing on speed, agility, and strength. These workouts are great for runners who go all distances – from a mile to a marathon. NRC South is located at 3416 S. Route 59 in Naperville.
This workout is free. Registration is required. Please register below. (Note: You only need to register one time for weekly speed workouts at NRC South. If you have already registered for a weekly speed workout at NRC South in the past, you do not need to register again.)
