Tuesday Night Speed Sessions

Join Coach Caroline every Tuesday night at 6:30PM the South store for speed training. Each week is a different workout focusing on speed and strength. This is a great way to mix up your daily workout and all paces and abilities are welcome (really! Don't even say "but I'm not fast")!
*Please meet at the back of the store in front of door number 116, the door closest to the pedestrian bridge. If you need to change clothes, use the bathroom or fill up your water bottle inside the store, a mask is required. Thank you for understanding!
