Tuesday Night Speed Sessions

Join Coach Caroline every Tuesday night at 6:30PM the South store for summer speed training. Each week is a different workout focusing on speed and strength. This is a great way to mix up your daily workout and all paces and abilities are welcome (really! Don't even say "but I'm not fast")!
*We ask that all non-vaccinated runners wear a mask.
