2022 Naperville Women's Half Marathon Training Program

The Naperville Women's Half Marathon training program is BACK IN-PERSON and we can't wait to run with you! 

Starting at 7:00 am on February 19th, this 10-week program will safely build up your fitness (both physically and mentally) to get you to the starting line of the Naperville Women's Half Marathon and 5k on April 24th! 

-A day-by-day weekly program
-Weekly long runs guided by pace groups on Saturday from Fredenhagen Park in Downtown Naperville.
 *Please note: the first run on February 19th STARTS with a six-mile run for the half marathon training plan. Be prepared!
*Don't worry! The 5K training program is suitable for beginners. We will offer a walk-to-run program as well as walk/run interval pace group leaders. 
-Weekly speed sessions from our south location
-Educational clinics including nutrition, injury prevention, and a race course preview
-Yoga for Runners session
-Private bra fitting event for group registrants
-Race day pacers
-Weekly newsletters from group leader, Monica Prestifilippo (they'll make you laugh, cry, and always motivate you to be your best!)
