8:00am High-energy dynamic warmup with our friend and certified personal trainer Jepharya Badie of MPower Strength
8:30am 3-mile run through downtown Naperville
9:30am Yoga for Runners session led by certified yoga instructor, run coach and Team NRC member Jenny Wachter

Your miles are going to a great cause. Both NRC and On will donate $1 for every mile run to SUCCESS*Coffee, snacks and smoothies available at the Annex in-between (and after) running and yogaDemo shoes available of the new On CloudrunnerIntroducing new On Performance Bras - we'll have select sizes to demo on the run Interested in trying one?
