Fall Half and Full Marathon Training Group

Join us for an 18-week in-person training program, designed to gear you up for your fall half or full marathon. Here are the details:

Who: YOU! All paces are welcome. *We do ask that you are physically able to cover a 10K distance by the start of training. The first run is 7 miles.*
What: A 16-week step-by-step program to get you to the starting line of a fall half or full marathon. 
Where: Naperville Running Company WHEATON, 102 W Front St. We'll be logging our miles on the Illinois Prairie Path
When: We'll begin Saturday 6/17 for the full marathon group. The half marathon training officially starts on Saturday 7/8, but you're more than welcome to join us early. We meet at 6:30am! 

What else?
Pace groups will be provided starting at a 9:00/min pace (marathon) through a run/walk interval group. The half marathon pacers will start at a 9:30 pace through a run/walk. Along with Saturday morning group runs, we have monthly evening runs from the Wheaton and north stores, and themed run events from our north location. We'll also be offering some helpful educational materials along the way, including nutrition and injury prevention tips, assisted long runs later in the training, a private Facebook page, and direct communication with our run group coordinator, Monica.
