PUMA Women's Half Marathon + 5K Training Program

Train with NRC + Puma for the Women's Half Marathon and 5K!

Starting at 7:30am on February 15th, this 10-week program will safely build up your fitness (both physically and mentally) to get you to the starting line of the Naperville Women's Half Marathon and 5K on April 13rd! 

-A step-by-step weekly program
-Weekly long runs guided by pace groups every Saturday from Fredenhagen Park in Downtown Naperville. We will have pace groups for the half marathon group.  
*Please note: the first run on February 15th STARTS with a six-mile run for the half marathon training plan. Be prepared!
*Don't worry! The 5K training program is suitable for beginners. We will offer a walk-to-run program as well as walk/run interval pace group leaders. 
-Educational clinics including nutrition, injury prevention, bra fittings, and more!
-Race day pacers for the half marathon
-Weekly newsletters from group leader, Monica Prestifilippo (they'll make you laugh, cry, and always motivate you to be your best!)

Registration is $50 for this group.
