Get ready for the tri season with the Experience Triathlon Indoor Tri Series, beginning Sunday January 13! The one hour event looks like this: 10 minutes of pool swimming; 10 minute transition; 30 minutes on studio spin bikes; 5 minute transition; 20 minutes of treadmill running. Results are measured by how far you go in each of the three events.
