Planning your 2013 race calendar? Why not start out with an early indoor tri? The Experience Triathlon Indoor Tri Series, begins Sunday January 13! The event looks like this: 10 minutes of pool swimming; 10 minute transition; 30 minutes on studio spin bikes; 5 minute transition; 20 minutes of treadmill running. Results are measured by how far you go in each of the three events.
