Interested in running but not sure where to start? Join us for Brooks Run 101! We will safely guide you through an 8-week run/walk program leading up to the Cosley Zoo 5K on June 3rd. Each week, we'll discuss all the "need-to-knows" when it comes to running, including proper form, injury prevention, footwear, nutrition, and more!
Join Kelly - a certified run coach, an employee of NRC, avid runner, wife, and mom of three - every Saturday morning at our SOUTH Naperville location starting April 15th at 8 am.
Registration for this program is $50 and runners will meet at our SOUTH location starting April 15th - 3416 South Route 59, Naperville.
