Run 101

Interested in running but not sure where to start? Join us for Run 101! We will safely guide you through a nine-week run/walk program leading up to the Cosley Zoo Run for the Animals 5K on Saturday, June 7th! 

Each week, we'll discuss all the "need-to-knows" when it comes to running, including proper form, injury prevention, footwear, nutrition, and more! 

Join Kelly - a certified run coach, an employee of NRC, avid runner, wife, and mom of three - every Saturday morning at our SOUTH Naperville location starting April 12th at 7:30am. 

Registration for this program is $50 and runners will meet at our SOUTH location starting April 5th - 3416 South Route 59, Naperville.
