Yoga is outstanding cross training for runners and at NRC we have several opportunities coming up for you to try it out! Jennifer Adams will lead participants through a 60 minute workshop, which lays the foundation of yoga for runners, covers safety rules for practicing yoga, details how yoga affects parts of the body and reviews the benefits of yoga. Jennifer will lead participants through an introductory yoga session. Light refreshments will be served after class. Yoga for Runners will be held on Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at NRC on 3/9, 5/18, 8/10 & 11/16. $15 per session. Please register by following this link: http://www.runningcompany.com/Calendar/
