Yoga for runners begins in January! This four-part series will improve your performance by increasing flexibility, improving posture, expanding breath capacity and enhancing mental focus. Taught by NRC's Jenny Wachter, runner and certified yoga instructor. Classes take place at NRC on Saturday, January 10, 17, 24 and 31. 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Registration and fee is for all four sessions. $50.
